 TERMS & CONDITIONS will ensure that your order is dispatched as soon as possible in new condition.  We dispatch orders by post, so kindly ensure your address is full and include your post/zip code. Kindly also allow time for delivery.  We only sell our products to over 16’s.  Please do not buy if you are under 16.

Should your order not reach you in satisfactory condition then contact us within 14 days for us to allow for a replacement or refund. Please see our refund policy for more information on your consumer rights.


Our main priority is to ensure that you can shop safely –your personal information will be processed in accordance with local law and will not be passed on to a third party.  All information and data given by our customers is considered to be absolutely confidential, we never release any of your information to third parties.


We do not collect and store customers data beyond the routine backup of our customer database.  This information is kept for sales records and general statistics tracking of our website. Upon placing an order, you will be notified by confirmation email, your payment details are never in our possession. They are only used by our credit card processors – Sagepay and Paypal through the use of Trustwave server.

UK & Republic of Ireland - normally 3 days to process, as soon as we dispatch your item, you will receive an email as confirmation, you should receive your purchase  within a further 5 days.


Europe -  normally 3 days to process as soon as we dispatch your item, you will receive an email as confirmation, you should receive your purchase within a further 6 days.


USA -  normally 3 days to process as soon as we dispatch your item, you will receive an email as confirmation you should receive your purchase within 12 days.  Buyers should be aware local taxes may apply.

 New return policy

1)       We offer “a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee” for all goods shipped correctly that are not then required. The buyer will be responsible for the return postage and packaging charges at their expense. Also for items that have a postage charge for shipping the item out, the equivalent amount will not be refunded as we have already paid that item for it to be shipped out.

2)       For items which are faulty on receipt, you must notify us within 14 days by e-mail through email only.  We will then issue you with a Returns number for reference and that should be quoted on all future correspondence. Faulty items should be returned to us within 14 days at the buyer’s expense and upon receipt we will either replace or refund the item subject to confirming that the item is faulty.

3)      If a wrong item is received, the item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt and we will send the correct item and also refund the minimal postage charges that are required to return the parcel to us. This is usually second class post. If a faster service or a more expensive method of postage is used to return the item, we will only refund the minimum amount it would have cost to send the item back to us and not the actual price paid.
